In other news...The Grupo 2000 LP should be available threw lightintheattic.net any day now and is well worth the wait. The Cantos Icaros cassette is also now in-house as well so order away, there will be no re-press and it's a one shot deal.


Up next we have a live cassette by Morbo as well as a Los Jharis 12" EP and Sensación Shipibo 45 that will come with the Jharis 12". 2012 looks like another exciting year for Mass Tropicas as we are working on a lot of 45 releases as well as our first ever CD(I know). The Cantos Icaros cassette of Placido from Sensación Shipibo should be out any day now and is limited to only 100 copies made and the funds made from selling will go towards building him a new home in Yarinacocha which burnt down in August leaving him and his family homeless.

It's 5 amazing Icaros that The Baron and I recorded in May at Placido's house in May of this year!

The cassette will be $13ppd to people in the USA and $18ppd to people in Europe.
